The Hostie team is available seven days a week to answer any questions and assist with any software-related issues. You can reach us directly at help@hostie.ai. In order to help us better assist you, please be sure to always identify yourself by name and Location when reaching out to us.

The steps in this guide are the same, whether you're on the Hostie dashboard for the web, the Hostie app for iPhone, or the Hostie app for iPad.
