How to set up a Resy integration

Available with any of the following tiers: Premium & Hospitality Plus

We have a Resy integration, but we also want to have our operations team be able to access your books for any edge cases.
1. Create a zara@[yourdomain].com email address or alias for us access your Resy (first name can be “Zara”, last name can be “Lee”), then add this email to your Resy
2. You can also create a regular Gmail account as well
  1. zaralee[restaurantname]@gmail.com
Log in to your Resy OS
Navigate to User Permissions
Click Add new user
Use the following credentials:
1. Email address: zara@[yourdomain].com
2. First name: Zara
3. Last name: Lee
4. Title: Host
5. Booking Permissions: Book without Payment
